The house was completed in 1969 with unrestricted view to the sea, the Platamonas castle & Mountain Olympus. The Villa offers 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and can accomodate 8 - 10 guests. The ground level consists of a spacious, luminous living room with fireplace, dining table with monastic decoration, and a large kitchen. The Villa is surrounded by a large veranda offering to all rooms on the ground an easy access to the gardens with tall pines, cypresses and all kinds of forest trees & flowers.

The house itself is situated at the highest top of the estate on a small hill overlooking the Aegean sea. Its proximity -walking distance- from the beach is 3 minutes walking downhill amid the tall pines of the estate. From the northern side the house’s living room one has a spectacular unrestricted view to the medieval castle of Platamonas, a landmark of high archaeological beauty and significance that you can also reach within a 20 minute walking distance. Driving uphill by car, the estate’s distance from the national motorway is only 2 minutes and within 10 minutes you can reach the picturesque village of St. Panteleimonas in mount Olympus with its traditional architecture and peaceful mountain culture. The coastal village of Platamonas is also reached within a 4 minute drive and offers plenty of modern amenities and Greek traditional leisure facilities. The cosmopolitan city of Thessaloniki and its international airport are also reached within a 50 minute drive (the big cities of Katerini and Larissa are also accessible in about half an hour northbound and southbound respectively). In the same proximity, the archaeological sites of Dion and Vergina, offer to the visitor the two most important monuments of Ancient Macedonian history. Expedition to the top of Mount Olympus (2917 meters) offers a unique opportunity to experience this world class monument of natural heritage. Other must see local excursions include a romantic cruise along river Penios while crossing the spectacular Tempi valley gorge/canyon, a visit to the Ampelakia village with its distinguished local architecture and great history.
