Open layout w/private, mostly-furnished upstairs bedroom, with remainder of house shared. Double or "Full"-size bed in guest bedroom may not be suitable for really tall folk.

Please note: some features still under renovation, some work remains and on-going. Featured bedroom has open layout, but space is private, not shared.

On the outskirts of quiet Town of Delhi, local government seat of Delaware County, on northwest trace of Catskill Region of upstate NY. Short drive to Price Chopper, and multiple sources of real local or regionally sourced vegetables and meats, including Good Cheap Foods and Quarter Moon Café/Catskill Smokehouse, Greenane Farms and others. An awesome hike or even mountain bike up Bramley Mountain Trail to site of old fire tower is about a 5-minute drive.
