This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is South-facing offering the best sun exposure and light into condo. Located near meadow for winter sports - skiing, sledding, snow shoeing. Recent updates include new furniture, new organic linens and towels. The condo is cleaned using strict COVID-19 protocols and is available for rental in accordance with any COVID-19 orders.

This unit is available for booking in accordance with Mono County & State of California Orders around COVID-19. Currently Mammoth Lakes is allowing lodgings!

The unit has an entry / exit door to outside allowing the renter to come and go as needed without any exposure risk or human interaction. Those seeking out quarantine can do so safely.
**Note Mono County asks that renters bring their own blankets through May, 2021. Blankets can be coordinated ahead of time with ample notice and if needed.

The Space
This 1453 sq ft condo offers a spacious floor plan with an open living area floor plan and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposites sides of the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The separation of the bedrooms / bathrooms gives the needed space between family members and friends to both come together in the living area and find privacy and solitude in the bedrooms.

The open floor plan is well appointed with brand new and comfortable furnishings, to include two chaise loungers in the living room. The TV in living room is flat panel HDTV with cable and DVD player. Complimentary password-secured Wi-Fi is also provided.

In the winter, the condo is kept cozy with central heating (not common in Mammoth!) and a propane fireplace. The condo stays cool and comfortable in the summer.

The bed configuration comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper couch in the living room that pulls out into a full sized bed. The floor plan provides plenty of privacy with the bedrooms situated at opposite ends of the unit. All linens and towels are brand new and organic cotton.

The kitchen is well-stocked with the pots, pans, and bakeware that you need to reasonably cook and bake. Kitchen includes a Cuisnart coffee pot and thermal carafe for keeping your coffee hot during cold winter mornings and a soda stream for hydrating on hot summer days. There is a dishwasher.

The laundry room is kept locked during short stays; washer / dryer can be provided during longer stays - please include this in your rental request.

Dogs
We love dogs! We will consider dogs with some additional information about the pet and a $150 pet fee.

Guest access
Ground-floor location has easy direct and private entry with two steps to the front door and a private patio that overlooks the pristinely manicured Snowcreek grounds. There is plenty of Parking directly in front of the unit (no long walks to bring your stuff inside!). All walkways to the front door are plowed in the winter. This end unit is South-facing towards the Sherwin Mountains; has the best view of Mammoth Rock of any other floor level unit.

NOTE: This condo is located in an 8-plex. Sept 2020 installation of common area entry landing flooring disrupted one guest; HOA has committed to better job of warning owners of noise disruptions in common areas. The entry landing and unit’s personal patio now have brand new upgraded trex flooring.
