It is located in the wellness-oriented neighborhood of Mado in Serenbe. Farm-to-table restaurants, nature-staged theatrical performances, hiking trails, and other interesting events are found in Serenbe each week!

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we're taking extra measures to ensure your safety while staying at our place. We are following the CDC's guidelines for cleaning and disinfection on all surfaces (including railings, switches, doorknobs, etc.) using EPA-approved products expected to be effective against COVID-19; plus, we launder all of our linens and towels using free + clear laundry sanitizer (along with free + clear detergent) using the warmest water temperatures and allowing all linens and towels to dry completely. You can rest safe and be assured that your safety and well-being are our top priorities in order to protect you from the COVID-19 virus. This bright, fully-furnished home features a front entry patio area that has a gas grill for your use. For your entertainment, there are two smart TVs, Vinyl Record Player(Vinyl Included), and tons of games and books to entertain you during your stay. If you plan to work during your stay, there is a desk in the guest BR. The open-concept living area includes a lounging, dining, and kitchen space perfect for couples, families, or quality time on your own! The master bedroom is off the kitchen/laundry area featuring a king-size bed, SmartTV, and private sitting area. The master bath, accessible through the bedroom, includes a spacious walk-in shower, beautiful free standing tub, and has plenty of storage, towels, and basic toiletries. Finally, for a small daily fee, you can have access to a four-person golf cart so you can explore and get around Serenbe in style and comfort. After your first stay, we hope you will consider the ANALOG ESCAPE @ SERENBE your home "away" from home.

Other things to note
Upon booking, all guests will be required to complete a separate rental agreement as well as provide identification (i.e. driver's license or passport if it has not already been submitted and verified through Airbnb). This separate rental agreement includes details specifically related to following the RENTAL RULES + EXPECTATIONS, conduct while occupying the premises, as well as pet policy details (if applicable). This rental agreement provides an extra layer of security and protection for both the guests and the host

We are so happy to be SUPERHOSTS representing several properties on the south side of Atlanta (Serenbe + Newnan). We take a lot of pride in all properties we both own and the properties we represent. We started out hosting our RETREAT @ ANDERS NORTH! Fun fact...this home was built in 2018 by Bobby. So, as you can imagine, we take a lot of care in our home and love sharing our "pet" project with all of our Airbnb guests! No matter which property you stay at - the RETREAT, the HYGGE HOUSE, the HERRENHAUS, the ANALOG ESCAPE, the HIDEAWAY and/or the MODERN SWANN - our main goal is to have you love the home as much as we do (or the respective owners do). On a personal note, when Susan is not getting our properties ready for a new guest, she is usually grading papers or researching in her areas of expertise. Her “real” job is as a college professor at a local university teaching business communication to undergraduates and strategic business communication to MBA students. Susan is originally from Buffalo, New York and has been in Georgia for the past 12+ years, and Bobby is an actual home-grown native of Atlanta from the Buckhead area.
