Sunny decking area at the bottom of the garden - perfect for alfresco dining. Comfortable double bedroom with family bathroom. Extra double sofa bed/futon available at an extra charge. Great location - close to Wetherby, Harrogate, York, Leeds and the Yorkshire Dales.
Indawo
The house is spacious but homely - downstairs there is a large kitchen diner, with large dining table and a bright and quiet space to read. There is a very well equipped kitchen (with a kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer, microwave, cooking books and double oven). A separate snug provides a smart TV and fireplace. There is a large family bathroom upstairs, and a second toilet downstairs, plus utility room with washing machine and sink. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, plus small chest of drawers and hanging space on the back of the door. There is a second bedroom with a sofa bed/futon that can be set up for an extra charge. Both rooms have a lovely view over the garden, and lots of natural light.
We have a cat (Dishi) that lives with us - we will put her in a cattery unless you would like her to be with you for your stay. We will ensure a cat hair free envrionment otherwise!
Early check-in may be available for a small fee.

Collingham is a lovely village with lots of amenities, but also close to larger towns (Wetherby, Harrogate) and Cities (Leeds and York). Great village location, with amenities including Tesco Express, independent bakery and coffee shops, independent wine shop, Italian, and Fish and Chip takeaways and Post Office. Proximity to Wetherby, Leeds and the Yorkshire Dales. Easily accessible to Motorways and buses. The River Wharfe runs through the village, only a five minute walk way away and has a lovely, accessible beach area perfect for dipping your toes in.
