Additionally, the living room includes a queen size sofa bed. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Comfortable and fresh bedding, linens and towels are included for your use during your stay. The property includes a stacked front-loading washer and dryer. One reserved parking space available for guests use with additional street parking available. Services provided in the rent include: WiFi, gas & electric (monthly cap) and water (monthly cap). No smoking. No pets allowed.

The property has easy access to major highways with close proximity to attractions such as LEGOLAND, La Costa Resort and Spa and the Carlsbad Flower Fields. Trips to Oceanside Harbor, unspoiled Encinitas and Solana Beach, Del Mar Race Track and County Fairgrounds or stunning Torrey Pines State Reserve and Torrey Pines Golf Course are a short drive away. Its also an easy day trip to other San Diego favorites such as Sea World, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.

1. All reservations will be required to sign a Rental or Lease Agreement to formally complete and finalize their stay at this property. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Residential Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
2. Lengthy stays in the property may require an increase in the security deposit quoted.
