This is a twin room with 2 single beds. Two adults can stay here comfortably. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine and bathroom dryer, so you can stay for a long time. Our facility will not provide the cleaning service during your stay, but towels, amenities, etc. are provided free of charge, so please bring your used items to the reception and exchange them yourself. We also offer a Dyson handy vacuum cleaner and iron rental service for those who wish to clean yourself.
*There is no kitchen.

(Accommodation fee) Up to 2 adults are included in the accommodation fee. Children under 6 years old (under 5 years old) are free of charge, but bedding and amenities are not provided. Only co-sleeping is free and does not count towards the number of guests. If bedding is required for one person, an adult fee will be charged the room rate. Please make a reservation as an infant when making a reservation. If you need to provide bedding amenities, please book as an adult regardless of age. Please note that we will not be able to respond if you request for preparation on the day.

After 22:00, there will be an additional charge of 4,000 yen per hour. Please understand that it is necessary to allocate an additional employee to work at midnight until the arrival of the customer. (We will provide for emergency response, but as a night shift, we do not work as a rule.)
We understand that accidents will occur sometimes like delays in flight due to natural disasters, delays in public transportation, etc, please be assured that we will wait for you to arrive so there is no refusal to stay.

★ About garbage ★
At this facility, we cooperate with garbage separation by providing guidance for the realization of a recycling-based society in Kyoto. There are four types: burnable garbage, plastic (vinyl), recyclable waste from cans and PET bottles, and recycled paper.

Dirty plastic garbage requires cleaning. If you do not clean it yourself our staff will take a picture of the garbage, clean it and sort it, so an additional cost of 3,000 yen will be required.

* Currently, due to the COVID-19, we can not clean your garbage so we will ask you to clean and sort your garbage yourself again, if your garbage needs to be sort. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this. Please be assured that our staff will carefully explain on the day of your stay. Please be assured that a detailed manual will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed. Although the trash can in the room is designed to throw away small burning trash, we have a trash dump at the entrance, so you will have to throw it away there.

[Cleaning and disinfection of the facility]
• We often wipe and use disinfectants to clean places that many people frequently touch, such as elevators.
• When cleaning the guest room, we pay special attention to the interior of the guest room that guests touch will be wiped and disinfected with disinfectant, and no one will enter after the disinfection is completed.
• Your room will not be cleaned during your stay. Towels are provided for free, but we ask you to change them by yourself. There is an automatic collection box on the first floor, so you need to contact the staff during the exchange. All towels and other items to be replaced are individually packaged and sterilized.
• If you want to clean your room by yourself, we provide cleaning supplies, such as vacuum cleaners.

[Customer Health Check]
• Guests staying in should keep a certain distance in accordance with the "Kyoto City Hotel Business Law". Employees are also sterilized by alcohol disinfection, and customers are also do so and wear masks, take measures to prevent infection, and meet each other and take temperature measurements. We ask you to fill out a health questionnaire and verify your identity.
• We will check the physical condition of the customer, for example, ask customer's temperature, if you have a fever or a cold, we will seek appropriate guidance from the nearby public health center.

• If you feel nauseous or uncomfortable during your stay, such as physical weakness, please notify our management office immediately, and if necessary, we will report to the Public Health Center or contact a medical institution. A physical examination is recommended.

• During the check-in procedures, we will explain to the guests "the items (*) that must be followed by passengers". * The matters described in "To all Go To Travel business users of the Japan Tourism Organization: Matters to be observed when using Go To Travel".

• When checking in, customers are advised to avoid group travels of young people, group travels of elderly people who are prone to serious illnesses, and travel involving a large number of banquets, as this is generally considered high risk. However, we will accept group tours that have taken measures to prevent infection, such as school group tours or educational tours.

• This facility does not have public baths and dining kitchen shared with other customers.
• Please avoid talking loudly in the lobby or chatting in public areas.
• In order to ventilate public spaces in elevators, guest rooms and buildings, we are taking measures such as opening doors and windows and using air conditioning equipment to introduce outside air.

• During your stay at the hotel, we ask you to wear a mask, wash your hands and disinfect your fingers in public places.
• Disinfectants are installed at the entrance and counter to disinfect hands. In addition, we also provide customers with portable disinfectants.
