Our home is set back from the road w/ complete privacy! Enjoy amazing sunrises, sunsets, wildlife watching from your very own heated pool! The living room, dining room, den and kitchen all boast lake views. Our home is equipped with, pool & beach supplies for your convenience. Weekly min. during winter. Best suited for three mature adults.

Perfect for three adult guests, enjoy this amazingly open designed floor plan where an abundance of privacy and solitude is offered. One side of the home is master bedroom with attached bathroom, double sink and shower. The master suite with King bed opens with French doors to den overlooking the lake. The far other side of the home is the guest bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, tub and single vanity. Bedroom doors open to the heated pool. Both master and guest suites are private and can be closed from the rest of the home with living room etc in between.
Living room offers large smart television, over sized coffee table, pull out sofa, leather sofa, and fascinating art work as well as zebra, snake & leopard chairs. Kitchen offers loads of counter space, storage, stainless steel appliances, iron table and chair set and a view of the lake. Main dining area is a large modern glass and silver table set in front of the pool and lake. Amazing dining at night with the lights and moon reflecting off the lake! There is also a totally screened in sitting porch/lanai in the front entrance. A large front yard with side yards with gardens and palm trees line the property.
This is a smoke free pet free home. Venice Gardens is a highly sought after residential neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from Sharky's Pier and Casperson Beach and the beautiful quaint and historic Venice Avenue. Ten minutes from the pristine Venice Beach and the South Jetty. You will feel completely at home in this quiet, relaxing tropical retreat.

This is a quaint, quiet neighborhood in highly sought after Venice Gardens. It is serene and secure offering easy access to shopping, numerous golf courses, and minutes to the beach! Down the street is spacious Shamrock Park and Nature Center, shopping plaza with Aldi's, Publix, Marshall's and many conveniences on route 41. Venice Garden's is minutes from historic downtown Venice with loads of shops, dining, nightlife and events! Easy access to Route 41 and 75. A private driver can be arranged to suit your transportation needs.

The park across the street has a scenic walking path along the water where you will see a multitude of wildlife. Bike rentals are just down the street if you are interested. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking, jogging and biking day or night. At night you will hear nothing but the pool fountain and the peacefulness of the great outdoors. Marvel at nature's abundance.

1.5 miles down the road is Shamrock park, which is on Shamrock Road, just across 41. There is a nature center, gardens with local plants, tennis courts and loads of beautiful walking trails. Some go to the water where you can find the Venice canal system. From there, you literally could walk or ride for miles, all the way up to Sarasota if you so desire. Check it out for sure.
