Leave the city life behind and come and relax in WhaleBay. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep after a hard day in the surf. The bach is hidden away in the heart of WhaleBay, a minutes walk from the surf, with breath taking views of the World famous left hand point break. If the surf is not your thing, WhaleBay is situated at the base of Mount Karioi which has some fantastic hikes or trail runs , which will reward you with views of up the coast to Port Waikato or South to Taranaki.

Indawo
This little Bach is hidden away in the heart of Whale Bay behind our main house and is completely private. The Bach has views out to Indicators from the seating area behind the Bach.

Inside there is:
- A small, fully equipped kitchen with sink, small fridge, small oven, microwave and an induction hob.
- A dining area and bench seats.
- A comfortable lounge area with seating and TV. The couch can fold down into a double bed.
- A separate bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed and fresh bed linen. There's plenty of extra blankets for chilly nights and a heater.

Outside there is:
- A range of decking, seating areas and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows.
- A private, clean, freshly renovated bathroom with hot shower and toilet (connected to the Bach by the same roof).

We supply:
- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper.
- Hand wash and body wash.
- All bed linen, towels, dish cloths and cleaning products.

You are welcome to bring one, well-behaved pet along (if you check with us first). You'll need to make sure all pet hair waste etc is removed on leaving and not allow the pet on any of the furniture.
