We provide 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, and 2 surfboards. This is a two bedroom, one bath home with fully equipped kitchen and open floorpan. Prepare to marvel over the spacious porch on the front of the home while enjoying the ocean breezes. Spacious outdoor shower, Huge back deck, a fire pit (firewood not included), and grill.

Enjoy laid back Folly Lifestyle Walking and Biking Distance from the Front Door. While only 700 sq ft the outside spaces make the home live large. Inside the home you will find a fully equipped renovated kitchen. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen. Designated parking for two cars. Ditch the car once you arrive though! Walk, Bike or rent a golf cart for the stay!

Prepare to marvel over the spacious porch on the front of the home while enjoying the ocean breezes equipped with a fan perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage. Enjoy the spacious outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Huge back deck with play area for kids, a fire pit (firewood not included), and grill.

We have tried to provide everything we would want as seasoned AirBnb travelers ourselves, and we are on the island if you need anything else. We provide 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, and 2 foam surfboards.

Hey Y'all! My husband Pat and I have traveled to over 20 countries, by means of a sail boat for the most part. We left from NJ and ended up in Tahiti, via the Panama Canal and across the Pacific Ocean. After our sailing adventure, we decided to call Charleston, SC home, yet still travel as often as we can. We currently live full time on Folly Beach, SC. I am a Realtor and he is a General Contractor. (We also flip homes.)

We have an awesome 12 year old pup we rescued named Olly.

In Nov 2018, we had our most amazing adventure to date, the addition of our baby boy, Calvin. And now another son as of June 2020, Caster, named after the Caster Surfboards in California.

We both love to surf, eat a tasty meal, travel, catch sunsets, kite board, paddle board, sail and do yoga. We love to help our guests have the most enjoyable experience during their stay and are happy to answer questions in regards to the areas.
