In addition to the $125 cleaning fee/move out - "there may be an additional fee of $50 if tenant(s) have had a pet(s) in the unit during a visit. There will be a fee of $50-$100 that will be applied if an excessive cleaning is required. For any additional fee charged, pictures will be provided as proof - from the cleaning service department. Please do not leave the washer and dishwasher running while you are out. There is nothing wrong with them but the chance of a back up scares me (as has happened in my own home) so I would appreciate you so much if you remembered this. As mentioned the yard may be shared by the long term tenants below with their dogs. Please do not pet their dogs. They dogs are normally let out within their own fenced off part of the yard after the owners get home but sometimes they let them run in the larger yard, so please do talk to them.
