Plus a very large swimming pool and VERY extensive gardens which as well as the swimming pool has an additional pool deck with loungers, pond with water feature and two additional chilling / eating terraces with luxury garden furnishings.

Usually R5-6000 per night we are offering a 60% reduction & complimentary 5 star hotel service (daily clean, fresh towels and bedding etc) included for very limited time

Due to the rate being so markedly reduced we cannot offer large discount eg for monthly stays as the current rate is 50% less than our usual rate

The property and gardens in its entirety is ours. We stay in the upper half of the property when in Cape Town. Although usually we are away travelling or at our home in London. When we are in Cape Town we are usually busy working so on average get to spend no more than 30 minutes every other day in our garden. As such, the guest gets enjoy the benefits of a 50 million rand super luxury villa at a tiny fraction of the cost.

The Poolside Residence is separated from the upper house and that section of the house would be entirely yours as a private residence . The property, and grounds are ours although we are rarely there as we travel a lot . When we are in Cape Town we stay on the upper section of the building and when in Cape Town we work long hours. As such, we rarely use the garden or pool as we are always working. Occasionally for 20 minute so the puppies can have a walk in the gardens

The house is split into the two properties but can be joined if someone wish to rent the two properties combined as this creates a massive 5 bedroom home with 3-4 reception rooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 terraces etc

It is important to note that the configuration is as two residences. Obviously, the house as per the main photograph is the mansion itself (split into two) and the photograph is clearly not a one bedroom apartment. The Poolside residence can best be identified by the three sets of glass patio doors running along the bottom directly in front of the pool and gardens which you get exclusive use of (see above).

Please note that like almost all Airbnb hosts this is not a party venue. We do occasionally book the property for functions. Weddings, birthdays, high end dinner parties. But on all occasions we choose what functions to accept as they must be appropriate for the property and the area which is a very wealthy peaceful area. When we do accept functions we do so at between R20,000-50,000 per function. Airbnb hosts have noted a sharp increase in people boking accommodation and then using the accommodation to host parties and at a fraction of the cos of venue hire. So we like to say from the outset this is not a party venue.

Hove Heaven is situated in the premier area of Bakoven, Camps Bay. The most sort after area of Cape Town. A few minutes from Camps Bay beach and all the restaurants and cafes. Just along the seaboard road are the 4 beautiful beaches of Clifton, then Bantry Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye, Green Point and the Waterfront. In the other direction Llandudno and then Hout Bay.

Positioned perfectly to tke the route paste Lions head and be in the city or waterfront in 15 minutes

No area of Cape Town is so central to everything and s perfectly positioned to tak advantage of beach, city, restaurant life.
