The natural light filled space comfortably sleeps 5 and is fitted with AIR CONDITIONING. Perfect for families or corporate travellers looking for a minimum 30 day luggage only move-in ready option. It is walking distance to Kerrisdale Elementary School and Crofton House school, as well as shops and restaurants. UBC, YVR Airport, & Downtown Vancouver are all less than 15 minute driving distance from the home. We are also a pet-friendly accommodation with approval-send an inquiry!

* BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, 10" green tea memory foam mattress, 43" smart TV (complimentary Netflix), ample closet/storage

* BEDROOM 3: flex space doubles as reading & office room (work from home friendly), as well as converts to a bedroom with single bed over tatami & mattress topper. Spacious desk, B&W printer, high speed wifi, ample closet/storage.

* BOTH BATHROOMS: one has walk in shower, the other has a shower tub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap,hair dryers, and 2 sets of face & body towels per person is provided

The green yard space that is behind your cedar tree lined walk out patio is part of the homeowner's private space. However, the overarching pear tree that shades the patio is communal and you are welcome to enjoy the fruits from the tree!

The Following amenities are available upon request and upon availability with a 4 Business Day notice or request at time of reservation:

IMPORTANT: kindly note as we are a 30 night minimum stay rental, we ask our guests to sign a BC rental agreement at time of booking, provide copies of all guest passports, and we will request a $2500 CAD security/damage deposit through the Airbnb resolution portal. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to your credit card by Airbnb through the Airbnb resolution portal. Airbnb’s credit card provider takes approx 10 business days to show the refund back to your credit card statement. Alternatively, we also take it in cash and can be returned back in cash at time of check out inspection. The reason we do this is because the “Security Deposit” function from Airbnb is not enforceable due to the fact that Airbnb does not authorize any funds on the credit card of payment for the amount that is inputted.
