On Kala Point’s wooded grounds are excellent recreational facilities and access to a beautiful private beach, an excellent spot for clamming, crabbing and saltwater fishing.

All units have stairs to get to the unit and also inside the unit. Each unit has a split entry. As you walk in, you go either upstairs to the living room, dining room and kitchen, or downstairs to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a Queen bed in one bedroom and two Twin beds in the second bedroom.

Each unit provides comfortable beds and furnishings, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, stoves, and dishwashers, compact washers and dryers, fireplaces, a patio or deck with gas barbeque, flat screen TV’s, cable television with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, showers and tubs, irons and ironing boards, and towels and linens.

Beach Areas: There is 1¼ miles of waterfront which includes a sandy beach, dock, buoys, boat ramp, freshwater outlets, gazebo (available to be reserved), playground with equipment, horseshoe pit, barbeque, and a bocce ball court.

The Clubhouse includes: Free Wi-Fi, restrooms, Main Room, which houses a piano, a TV, a small kitchen and is available to reserve, Fireplace Room which houses a lending library, a TV and is also available to be reserved, Game/Exercise Room which includes a ping pong table, a foosball table and a few exercise machines, outdoor pool and wading pool (open April through October), Jacuzzi and sauna (open year-round), locker rooms, two decks including furniture. Available to check out: tennis racquets and balls, pickle ball racquets and balls, bocce ball equipment, horseshoes, tables, folding chairs and more.

There are five tennis/pickleball courts available.
