Rule for the Pool( in pool villa): Strict Timings (8AM-7PM)
1. Swimming Costumes is a must for everyone (Lycra/spandex material).
2. No Diving, No Jumping, No Running around.
3. No Eating or Drinking when in Pool.
4. Unaccompanied kids not allowed.
5. Intoxicated persons not allowed to enter pool.

Pool can be under cleaning maintenance sometimes.

The lost “chhui Mui” “Touch me not “ bushes adds on to the charm during monsoons. Picking up wild fruits (ber) is an activity during winters.

We are a simple home, not a resort, we concentrate more on hygiene and health than illusionary resort ambience. We treat our guests and employees like our family. and For us , The ambience is the nature. Wake up at 6 am and go for a walk for best experience.

We try to Keep it simple and sustainable. Avoid Single use plastics.

Wifi @ 100mbps is free. Power back is through inverter hence geyser and aircon are not backed up, In case of power failure (rare) Use gas to warm up water for bathing. Wifi module is separately backed up with 1000kva UPS..

Water level in Nimmi river river has altered due to climate change, something for which each one of is responsible and during extreme summers sometimes it runs dry. Best flow is from August to December (But may vary depending upon environmental
factors). The property is located in beautiful surroundings and looks beautiful even when the RIver runs dry in summers. Plant a tree along river during your stay to help Nimmi River. If you are coming just for river, Please check with host the present status.

Visitors are allowed but any extra guest (not mentioned while booking) staying beyond 8pm will be charged additional at Rs 500 per person, Photo id is compulsory to be submitted. Drivers and maids to be counted as checkin guests and hence Ids is a must.

Identity document must be submitted while checking in.

Property in located in a gated community with 2-3 houses near phulsani chowk.
Easy access to an ancient temple (Mandu sidhh) and trekking to near by areas.
