You’ll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops are within cycling distance. Just about a mile to Seaside Market, 1.5 miles from Publix Grocery store, and easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach or Destin.

We are located in the highly desirable The Grove by the Sea community centrally located along 30A in Seagrove.  The Grove by the Sea is walking distance to Seaside and local restaurants such as Cowgirl Kitchen, Seagrove Marketplace and Surfing Deer (just to name a few). Heading east or west, you will find lots of shopping and dining options along 30A.  Park your car and walk or ride a bike.   Either way, you can enjoy miles of paved bike/walk or jog paths located directly across the street from The Grove’s entrance.   The public beach walkover is directly across 30A from the entrance to the Grove subdivision.

The Grove by the Sea beach subdivision is lined with a series of walking paths meandering through lovely beach cottages nestled among native pines and palms. Bedding linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and spare light bulbs - Please do not take our linens or towels to the beach.

An initial supply of paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, trash bags.  You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.

A fully equipped kitchen including a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

Free WiFi / Internet.

Washer/Dryer, ironing board and iron.

Smart TVs in living area and all bedrooms.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: This property requires a $550, fully refundable security deposit. This will be collected separately by Kismet Properties. The security deposit puts a hold on a credit card resulting in a pending charge. The pending charge is released after checkout and the property has been inspected for damage.

Located in highly desirable Grove by the Sea which is centrally located on 30A. We are walking distance to Seaside and restaurants. Shopping and dining are both directions on 30A from the subdivision and an easy bike ride. Come stay with us! Enjoy miles of paved bike/walk or jog paths located directly across the street from The Grove’s entrance so you can explore the whole 30A!
