The condo's floor plan makes excellent use of its square footage, with the sleeping quarters - a bedroom with a sleigh bed and a hallway bunk nook - near the entrance and the open living space offering views of the ocean. The kitchen is compact but well-appointed with every necessary appliance and a three-person peninsula breakfast bar, while the adjoining living room features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony.

You'll be just a few steps from the sand, the only fishing pier on Isle of Palms, and a number of local shops and restaurants, with everything from surfboard and bike rentals to fine dining and pizza within walking distance. The heart of historic downtown Charleston is just 13 miles west as well.
