The property is located in the Urbanización Los Aposentos 5 minutes from Canoa, Manabí and can be reached by car or taxi. The area is very safe and the access has a security guard. The apartment was built below a bamboo house and was completed in 2021. From the terrace you have a great view to the sea and Canoa. From the apartment you can walk to the beach or a bay with caves in 5-10 minutes. Canoa can be reached on foot in 25 minutes during low tide.

Indawo
The accommodation is located on a hill in the middle of the dry forest and offers a wonderful view. The living and sleeping areas are accessed via the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, dishes, refrigerator and a dining table with two benches. Opposite is a comfortable sofa to relax in. Around the corner is the 1.80 m large bed with sea view. The bathroom with a large shower and, as a highlight, a tree in the middle of the room, can be reached from the living area. From there you also get to the washing chamber with washing machine and dryer, which can also be used. Everything is in very good condition as the apartment was only completed in March 2021.

The apartment was built directly under a bamboo house where the owner lives with his family for a few weeks a year.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area in the middle of the dry forest. There are a few neighbors within sight, but you can be as peaceful as possible.

We are a German - Ecuadorian family of 4 and we live both in Germany and Ecuador. We have built 3 houses and one apartment at the coast of Ecuador very close to Canoa. We love the construction with sustainable materials and in harmony with nature. That's why you will see trees everywhere, even in the bathroom :) We have planned everything on our own, and we love to recycle things and make decorations out of it.
Half of the year we are in Germany, so during this time Joel, a family member, will manage our Airbnbs on site. But we will be still always available online.
