HELLO, We, Carolyn and Whayne are the hosts of Silver ash Lodge Cow Bay & Ocean Views guesthouse Daintree in the beautiful Daintree rainforest.
We live and work in Far North Queensland and love playing in our own back yard, as you may know this is where the “rainforest meets the reef”.
It’s our pleasure hosting this beautiful guest house and explaining what this amazing area has to offer as we have become to know the surroundings quite well over the years operating Daintree Property Services, catering for the property maintenance needs of locals & guests visiting the Daintree for accomodation stays & tours.
Our family love to travel and enjoy the environment we live in ie. flora & fauna, fishing, snorkelling, exploring the many reefs the ocean has to offer. There is so much to do & view in this special one of the oldest rainforest in the world.
We are very familiar with the tours that are offered in the rainforest and I am more than happy to inform and educate you on what is available to book at discounted rates. This can be done prior to your stay or during your stay.
