This space is perfect for your trip to Chattanooga of 2 - 4 people. Just 8-9 minutes from downtown and 10 mins. to Hamilton Place area. We're surrounded by outdoor adventures, great food, music events, shopping, and more. The house has an open living space and private bedroom. Approx. 775 sf. Queen bed sleeps 2 and the couch and/or air mattress can be used for a 3rd and 4th person. Off street parking. Recently remodeled, includes a fully stocked kitchen, and a friendly host. =)

This apartment is attached to my home with a separate guest entrance. You will be provided with a keypad code to come and go without the stress of using or losing a key. Please note, the bathroom is located in the private bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and large TV is provided with an account set up for Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. The full size kitchen includes most anything you will need to cook or bake. Stove/Oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We do provide a few extras like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sugar, popcorn, oatmeal, etc. Due to recent pandemic we no longer supply condiments in the fridge. If at any time you can't find what you're looking for let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you. The bathroom has a huge closet for your longer stays, or just a place to store suitcases out of the way. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. An iron and ironing board. If you are traveling with more than one car please let us know in advance and we will accommodate for an extra parking space at the front of the house. Feel free to ask any questions before booking your stay.

I'm a lover of all things outdoors and adventure. Most days I work from home and enjoy the flexibility of a schedule that allows plenty of time with my family and friends.
Chattanooga has been home to me for over 10 years now, but I enjoyed my youth up in Maryland and Pennsylvania. My favorite hobbies, aside from playing with my little girl include traveling, hiking, camping, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, photography, and basically anything outdoors in the sunshine. =)
