Dumoulin House offers one private bedroom and private bathroom in the centrally located historic district of Denver Heights. The bedroom includes a computer workspace and tv with streaming services provided - perfect for digital nomads or traveling workers. Dumoulin House is just a 5 minute drive from downtown, the Alamo, the AT&T Center, the Riverwalk, and a short drive to many other attractions.

Dumoulin House is a brand new home built in 2020 with a clean and modern design. All appliances and amenities are brand new! The private guest bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs on the second floor.

The bedroom has been set up for you to truly relax in modern southern comfort. It features a cozy full-sized bed with extra blankets, a computer workstation for your laptop, a tv with streaming services included, a ceiling fan for hot Texas nights, and easily accessible outlets for multiple electronics to charge. The private bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower and ceiling vent. Amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience.

The shared spaces are primarily located downstairs in an open-floor plan. Spacious and comfortable with high ceilings, Dumoulin House is designed with style in mind as your luxury home away-from-home!

Dumoulin House is located in Denver Heights - a historic neighborhood with a desirable location near the heart of downtown San Antonio. The block itself is calm and quiet with plenty of free street parking. Once the clock hits 6 pm, you'll hear the sounds of the neighborhood ice cream truck coming down the street each day to serve up cool treats!
