The five-bedroom villa is a perfect destination to enjoy nature’s beauty. One can simply climb down the steps to the lake and sit on its beach or take a swim. Guests can also appreciate the idyllic views from the villa’s lush green garden.

There are a few covered terraces with glass windows jutting out from different parts of the villa that offer a panoramic view of the landscape with facilities to dine and lounge. There is also another dining setup behind the kitchen with lovely garden views.

Guests can also choose to dine indoors in the immensely large kitchen with a dining space. For hassle-free cooking, one will find all necessary amenities like a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and a fridge with a freezer here. The living room also provides a seamless experience of the outdoors through large panoramic windows and a relaxed ambiance. It is thoughtfully furnished with a set of sofas, a TV and plenty of space to move around.

Location

The characteristic villa on the shore of Lake Monate is easily accessible and offers a pleasant experience that is perfect for a charming, romantic holiday. The views are exceptional and the amenities facilitate a stress-free vacation. The lake is ideal for spending the days on the beach admiring the vistas covered with meadows and forests. The lake is also safe for swimming.
Villa Berenice is located in the same park of Villa Laetitia ID 5033 but they have separate entrance, private garden, private access to the lake but shared beach.
Guests will love to have picnics and enjoy the scenic charm. Apart from Lake Monate, the villa is also a small drive from Lake Comabbio, Lake Varese as well as Lake Maggiore. Guests can visit the various lake towns on the shores of these lakes and experience the slight difference in culture. There are also many ecological routes that give a deeper insight into the changing landscape and culture of the region. There are a few taverns and farmhouses serving traditional dishes along these routes.

As for amenities, the villa is located on a highway and is a short ride to the nearest restaurant, shop, supermarket, tennis court and golf course. The closest airport of Milan Malpensa is only 23 kilometers from here.
