Relax in a private cottage in the Pioneer Valley overlooking the Eungella National Park. The cottage was transported some 50 years ago from Finch Hatton for the cane farm workers. It is ideally located for fishing, dining at the local restaurants, sight seeing around the valley or just getting away. The cottage is situated on 4 acres. We have pet mini goats and sheep to keep you entertained. Go wandering through the bush and creeks if your adventurous. Stay for 1 night or stay for more.

To get to the cottage you will drive through our other property where you will find us tending to our animals twice a day, you're more than welcome to pop over and pat the goats or cuddle a chicken. Please be aware interacting with the animals is done at your own risk, our insurance will not cover personal injury if you enter the paddocks. If you happen to see us out feeding you're more than welcome to pop over and have a pat while we are there. Please when booking, book with the correct amount of people staying so we can be sure the correct amount of beds are made. The cottage is booked per night regardless of amount of guests up to 5. Telstra is the only communications provider out here but you may get the odd message from other providers.
For Flackyard guests it is 1.6km away from the cottage.
Our sheds are located in the vicinity of the cabin and we may need to access during your stay, we will endeavor to keep any access to a minimum. Fire wood, Eggs and honey can be purchased, contact us for availability and price.
