My husband and I own the property and several others in the area. We have had rentals and airbnbs since 2018 ! We update the properties, decorate and manage them ourselves.
We live a block away from all our properties and love the area. Our Neighborhood is great for walking to bars, Restaurants and even to the river (1 mile). And a short ~$8 uber to Over the Rhine or Findlay. Feel free to reach out if you ever need anything!
