Recently updated, this private studio is located one block from the Hotel Colorado and enjoys spectacular views of downtown Glenwood from your private balcony. The studio comes with garage parking and is the perfect spot to walk to downtown restaurants, farmers market, live music, and of course the Hot Springs Pool.

The space is a private 600 sq ft studio within my townhome in downtown Glenwood Springs. The space comfortably sleeps up to four guests (1 king bed/ 1 queen size American Leather sleeper sofa) and comes with a kitchenette area with refrigerator, microwave, bar sink, and hot plate. Basic cooking utensils/equipment are provided.

The garage makes up the first floor of the townhome, the studio is on the second floor, and I live on the third level. I share access to the stairwell and garage where the washer and
dryer are located.

A few notes to keep in mind before booking:

This space does not have a full range/oven.

As mentioned above, the space is located in a multi-family building with another unit upstairs and guests can expect to hear other residents from time to time (generally limited to light footsteps). We ask that quiet hours are respected from both guests and residents from 10pm to 7am. The staircase and garage are shared spaces and used to access both floors in the building.

This Airbnb unit has unique access lock codes and can’t be accessed by other residents in the building.

While we love furry friends, HOA regulations don’t allow animals in our Airbnb units.

My townhome is located in north Glenwood Springs on the hill right behind the Hot Springs Lodge. The views are wonderful looking south to the downtown core, and Red Mountain / Hotel Colorado to the southwest.

After graduating college in Golden, I moved to Glenwood Springs to start working at a small water resources consulting firm. I've since moved away with my job to the Front Range, but my renter Sara is now living in the private upstairs unit of the town home. She is wonderful and takes great care in managing the lower studio space.

Glenwood is a great little town in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The local hiking trails, ski slopes and hot springs are second to none. Not to mention the downtown food scene! I return to the valley as often as I can.
