Nice residential home located outside of the city limits in a quiet safe neighborhood. This is a 1500 square foot split level residence with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 car attached garage, and a fenced in backyard. The residence is only minutes away from Lake Shawnee. The house is fully furnished with a large living room. There is 2 queen beds, 1 full, 2 twin beds (3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down stairs). The kitchen has all your basic cooking needs. Bluetooth speakers, WiFi, smart TV’s.

The split level residence (stairs in the residence) is in a very quiet neighborhood in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, strip mall, and Lake Shawnee. The residence is located about 5 minutes from I70 interstate.

At the Lake Shawnee there is a golf course, trails, disc golf course, and the sport complex.

Items provided for guest to use: showers; bedding (comforters, sheets, and pillows); bathroom towels; basic shower needs; toilet paper; kitchen utensils; cookware; coffee maker; microwave; oven; refrigerator; dishwasher; washer, dryer, basic cleaning supplies; WiFi; Smart TV’s; an attached garage.

Guest will have to provide their own food items and other additional needs. Please dispose of any food that will spoil.

Please do not rearrange the furniture so the floors are not scuffed.

Please be respectful of the residence as the guest are responsible for any damages. Please need to notify me ASAP. Any damage requiring any skilled laborers/contractor the guest is responsible for paying the bill.

NO smoking is allowed inside the residence.

Sorry, but NO pets are allowed.

Candles, the fireplace or any flames are not allowed to be used.

If there are any disturbances, social gatherings, or criminal activities the guest will be removed from the residence and no refund.

At times, I will coordinate with the guest in the checkout time and do a walk through of the residence and inquire about your stay!
