Wonderfully located, this detached bungalow holiday base will allow you to explore the very best of Devon with ease. The seaside town of Teignmouth and it’s pretty neighbour, Shaldon, are both less than 3 miles away. And if it’s the rugged Dartmoor landscape that appeals… then Haytor itself is less than 30 minutes away… with endless paths to explore… and the Dartmoor ponies to see… perhaps enjoy a cream tea in one of the gorgeous Dartmoor villages and towns… or find a quiet country pub…

This lovely bungalow is bright and spacious. It’s location on the edge of the village makes it the perfect base…

There is ample off road parking for two vehicles (motor homes, caravans and large camper vans not allowed) and outside storage space for items from bicycles to surf boards. The garage will easily fit one motorcycle.

There are two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with two 3ft singles…

There is a separate dining room which could also function as quiet work space.

The rear garden is relatively private and fully enclosed. There is also a small patio area for you to sit outside and enjoy some Devon sunshine!

The bungalow is situated in a lovely, peaceful residential area.

If you should wish to enjoy the village itself, there is a post office, chemist and village shop within 10 minutes walk. There are also some lovely local pubs and a local vineyard with restaurant.

There are several footpaths and possible village walks and, if walking, it would take about 30 minutes to walk into Teignmouth.
