Conveniently located in bucolic Claverack, this bright and stylish country home is just minutes from downtown Hudson, where you can enjoy fine-dining restaurants, hip cocktail bars, art galleries, antique shopping, and more. Or, just relax, stay home, and sip coffee or wine from a local producer in the sun-drenched living area, beneath the vaulted ceiling. A perfect mix of town and country, for a perfect upstate weekend.

• Sleep. The house comfortably accommodates five adults, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, plus an office with a pull-out single-sleeper chair. If needed, the house also comes with an extra-large air mattress.

• Live and Work. The house has a dedicated full office, in addition to separate office space in the second bedroom, allowing for two people to comfortably work simultaneously.

• Exercise. For the best exercise, we recommend hitting the local hiking trails and ski slopes. For a rainy day, the home's finished basement has free weights and a yoga mat.

• Stay In. Want to stay in and relax? The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room with a live-edge dining table that comfortably sits up to six (extra chairs are in the basement). Or, you can sit outside, at the outdoor dining table on the wrap-around deck or the Adirondack chairs in the yard. The living room has everything you need for at-home entertainment: cards, board games, a Bluetooth Sonos sound system for listening to music, and an extra-large, wall-mounted television set up for Netflix, HBO Max, and the Criterion Collection.

• Food and Drink. This area benefits from a tremendous wealth of local food and drink producers, including wineries, breweries, organic farms, and more. For your first taste of the local culture, all guests are welcomed to the house with a complimentary bottle of wine from a local producer.

• Explore. With hiking trails, winter sports, art galleries, spas, and so much more just minutes from the house, you will have an abundance of recreational opportunities. The house comes with a personalized guidebook we created that lists all our favorite local attractions and has recommended itineraries for your days and nights out and about.
