The guest suite is separate from the main house with its own entrance, simple but fairly new, neat, clean, efficient, and perfectly located. It has WiFi, 40" TV-Roku, full bathroom, free parking, small kitchenette, queen bed, futon for additional sleeping accommodations, small work station, walk-in closet.

Our prívate guest house is in a downtown Carrboro neighborhood with sidewalks, bike lanes, and half a block from the free bus. The guest house is detached from the main house and offers a private, separate entrance for our guests.

There’s a locally-owned coffee shop across the street and you’re within walking distance to Carrboro’s many coffee shops, restaurants, gym, retail, grocers, hiking paths, parks, music venues, Weaver Street Market and the Farmers’ Market. UNC campus, Kenan Stadium are both a pleasant 30 minute or so walk. If you choose to drive, Carrboro/Chapel Hill offers both public parking and free bus lines.

The guest suite is separate from the main house with its own entrance. It is a cute efficiency suite that is neat, and perfectly located. It has High-Speed Wifi, TV-Roku, full bathroom with shower/tub, free parking, small efficiency kitchen (Keurig coffee maker, microwave, sink, refrigerator), small work station, walk-in closet, a queen bed and a futon (44"W x 71.5"D) for additional sleeping accommodations.

The efficiency kitchen allows for simple meal preparation and is stocked with basics: plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, napkins, cleaning supplies. There’s a Keurig coffee maker supplied with coffee and other beverage pods, teas, sugars, creamer. We have a small microwave, mini refrigerator, dish area, cabinet, sink.

The all-in-one main room/guest suite has a wall-mounted Roku TV, a small work station with USB ports, a futon for sitting, a small bedside table and lamp.

The bed is queen-sized. The sitting area futon can be pulled out into extra sleeping accommodations if needed (71.5" D x 44" W).

The full bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, towels, paper supplies.

The walk-in closet is stocked with hangers, extra towels, extra linens and pillows, blankets, a portable radiator heater (just in case), a small chest of drawers, a luggage rack.

Karin & Linda live in Carrboro with their rescue pups Bodhi, Zoey, TJ and kitty Gracie Lou Freebush from New Jersey. We're former restaurant operators/owners for 20 years in Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Durham. We're avid cyclists and runners and love the area's outdoor spaces. We've recently taken up mountain biking and are discovering new trails and spaces around! We've lived in Carrboro for 23 years and love it! Oh, and we're big Tar Heel fans!
