The Grand Authentic House is a traditional Gozo villa situated in the picturesque cliff-top village of Sannat, just a 5-minute drive from Xlendi Bay and located in an urban conservation area. Enjoy your own space and privacy whilst being within easy reach of restaurants, shops and amenities. A private pool, sunny terraces, outdoor dining and a real brick BBQ make it perfect for family holidays and get-togethers. Featuring a NEW games room (2021) with air hockey, table football & arcade games.

Our grand authentic house is the perfect base for a great holiday or a memorable get-together with friends and family. Spend your days enjoying the spacious outdoor terraces, soaking up the Mediterranean sun in the pool and dining al-fresco in the long summer evenings. The property is situated in a historical street that forms part of a protected urban conservation area and is surrounded by authentic Gozitan houses and families. Just a short walk from the picturesque village square and bustling restaurants & bars, making it a favourite getaway spot for locals!

From the moment you step inside our spacious villa, it welcomes you with plenty of charming character, wooden beams, high ceilings and a grand open-plan living & dining area. You'll find all the modern comforts carefully blended with traditional features giving a real home away from home feeling!

Our house is perfectly sized and equipped to accommodate 8 adults in complete comfort for any length of stay. There are 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) with a total of 5 beds (1 king-size double, 1 queen-size double, 1 double and 2 twin singles). We can also provide a travel baby cot/crib upon request.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full oven & gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker and all the essential cooking utensils. The entire house comes equipped with dual air-conditioning (cool or heat) which is operated with a coin credit meter, so you can be sure of a good nights sleep in any weather. The living & dining area features a SMART TV, comfortable sofas, a grand dining table and large french doors leading directly onto the pool area. Superfast Mesh WiFi is available in all areas of the house and most of the garden. You may also connect laptops, IPTV boxes or game consoles to the TV via HDMI cable. A washing machine, clothes drying lines and iron are also available.

In the outdoor areas, guests will have private use of all the following features and equipment:

- Private swimming pool with a maximum depth of 2.5m
- Back garden with high stone walls and shaded dining area
- A spacious balcony with a bistro table and chairs
- Peaceful internal courtyard with bistro table and chairs
- Dining table and chairs for 8 persons
- 4 Sun loungers
- Breakfast table and chairs for 4 persons
- Real brick BBQ (don't forget charcoal!)

*NEW 2021* You can now find a games/entertainment room in the basement. The games room has the following equipment:

- Full-size electronic air hockey table

- Retro arcade machine with hundreds of classic games and joysticks

A coin operated AC has been installed for efficient electricity consumption.
