Welcome to LAKE BREEZE COTTAGE in Regina Beach! Newly-renovated 2 bedroom (sleeps 5) with view of beautiful Last Mountain Lake. WiFi + Apple TV/Netflix. Pet friendly (1 dog or 1 cat). On quiet street. Ample parking for cars, boat, ski doos, trailer, RV, etc. Master bedroom has Queen bed. 2nd bedroom has twin bed & bunk bed (double on bottom & twin on top). Short walk to public beach, pier, shopping & restaurants.

-- Second bedroom has a twin bed, and also a bunk bed (full sized mattress on bottom, twin on top).

-- If bringing a dog or a cat, we have pet bowls for food and water. We can also provide a litter box and scoop (let us know ahead of time if you need these).

-- In winter, we can provide complimentary snowshoes to use.

• Free WiFi and 40" digital TV with Netflix. Has 'Home Mini' (voice control the lighting, provides music, ask the weather, set an alarm, ask a recipe, or play trivial pursuit).
• Microwave, stainless fridge with built-in water/ice cube maker, induction stove/oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine (also regular pot coffee maker), French coffee press, toaster, kettle and blender.
• Kitchen essentials (dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, cookware, etc.).
• Complimentary tea, sugar, sweetener.
• Bath towels, sheets, bedding & pillows.
• Soap, bath gel, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and closet hangers, and 2 umbrellas.
• Private entrance. WiFi lock-box with door key.
• Monitored fire, smoke & carbon monoxide detector.

We have installed a 'Nest Protect' along with 'Nest Temperature Sensors' to make sure the Tiny House is always at a comfortable ambient room temperature.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the house but allowed in the patio area and outdoor areas..

Early luggage drop-off allowed if you arrive before 2pm check-in time and are eager to get to the beach. Please prearrange with host.

WATER SPORTS:
See the information provided in our AirBnB online (REGINA BEACH) GUIDEBOOK for local rental information (kayaks and paddle-boards are available to rent at the beach, as well hourly/daily sea-dos, fishing boat & pontoon boat rentals in town.

LOCAL AMENITIES:
-Free public beach & park, and pier. Public playground. Beach volleyball.
-There is a Health Centre and a Pharmacy only minutes away.
-Walking trail. Fishing. Boat launch.
-9-hole Regina Beach Golf Course with public restaurant, and tennis court, and Pickle Ball courts.
-Golf Driving Range (beside Papa Geordie's grocery store).
-Local Pharmacy, Dispensery, and Distillery.
-The area has restaurants, ice-cream stand, shopping, grocery store, 2 gas stations, etc.
-Local Go-Cart track and horseback riding (open May - Sept).

-We've created an AirBnB (online) Guidebook that lists all the things to see, do and eat in and around Regina Beach!
-Also special and community events, such as bi-weekly (May-June & Sept.) and weekly (July/August) Farmer's Market on Sundays. Annual Country Fair (August), huge annual yard sale (May), annual Chili Cook-off (June), plus other events such as Show & Shine, Motorcycle Rally, WinterFest and various club & church suppers, etc.

--Quiet street. This is a peaceful residential street and to be respectful of our neighbours, we ask that guests do not engage in loud behaviour or play loud music, etc. Thanks for your understanding!

--Forested greenbelt area right across street, with deer and other wildlife making frequent visits!

--We have put together a digital (Airbnb) Guidebook with what's in the Regina Beach area!

--We also have Regina Beach paper maps for you with local amenities.

Our own cottage ('Serenity Now'), our DragonFly Tiny House (on Airbnb), and our newest rental property 'Lake Breeze Cottage' (also on Airbnb) in Regina Beach are all quiet, peaceful sanctuaries away from the busy city, work, stress, etc.

This is where one can just relax, kick back and enjoy nature. There's a lovely forest greenbelt area right across the road, where there are deers -- they come right onto our property for frequent visits!

Everyone's first question is "why did you want a tiny house?" Seeing it on HGTV featured in the "Colorado Tiny House Jamboree" and then having the opportunity to walk through it during a local open house, I was amazed at how everything was designed and built to maximize space.

When the Tiny House was stored on the hill in Lumsden (Saskatchewan), I would see it every trip to our cottage at Regina Beach -- and decided I loved it, and hoped that others (Guests) might love it as well!

Our DragonFly Tiny House is one of the better examples of "form and function while being minimalist". With the fast growing interest in Tiny Houses I promised the architect I would let him know what Guests thought about their stay in our cosy Dragonfly!
