You'll be close to everything while staying at this central-located basement apartment. You are 20 minutes to the ski resorts, 6 minutes to the base of the canyons and 28 min to the airport.

This is a safe & quiet residential neighborhood.

There's a large indoor utility room to store your Mtn bikes and Ski/Board equipment.

We recently moved into this home and re-landscaped the side yard to provide easy access to the basement unit.

It's cozy yet spacious with a private entrance.

1000 Square feet of living space with additional indoor storage space for your mtn bikes or ski/board gear.
There is a full kitchen, dining area and living room with leather couches and a pull out sleeper.
The bedroom has a queen bed with a dedicated workspace and spacious closet. The bathroom w/shower is off the bedroom.
We are reserving one storage closet for our use. There is locked door at the top of the staircase that leads to the rest of the home.
