The Lodge is a cosy, rural retreat set in the South Norfolk countryside. Nestled between the orchard and deciduous woodland on our family owned smallholding.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature whilst indulging in the comforts of a free standing bath, superking bed, fully fitted kitchen and even a cosy log burner - the perfect place to get away from it all.

Indawo
A self contained lodge with a large bedroom and super king bed (this can convert into two singles if required). We can offer trundle beds for younger visitors though please contact us before hand if you are planning to bring children.

The Lodge has a fully fitted kitchen with oven and induction hob. There is a fridge/freezer and even a slimline dishwasher! Enjoy your meal around the farmhouse table.

The bathroom has underfloor heating, a large freestanding bath and even a walk in shower.

There is a television in the lounge area with ROKU so you can access your streaming services. A DVD player can be made available on request.

There are patio doors leading to a decked area overlooking the orchard and woodland. There is a small table and chairs as well as a fire pit, the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Located in the rural parish of Snetterton. There are a number a wonderful walks and places to cycle.

Please be aware that The Lodge is set off of an unmade road.
The Lodge is on our family run smallholding and set around 20 metres from the main house.

My name is Marianne and I live here at Manor Farm with my husband and two children. My father in law also lives on site making Manor Farm A truly family affair.

We moved to Manor Farm in December 2019 and have been working on renovating the beautiful 450 year old house ever since. We coverted the Lodge in 2021 as we needed to move out of the main house to allow for rewiring and central heating and The Lodge became our home from home.

I am also a primary school teacher, working in a lovely local village school.

Having moved here from the hustle and bustle Town life, we fell in love with the beauty of rural Norfolk. The first time we saw Manor Farm, we knew it was a special place.
