Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space. Centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the beach and walking distance to Pap Plaza/Fashion Island, this private studio has everything you need if you're heading to the Bay for a getaway or work.
Newly built, the studio features a comfy queen bed, modern bathroom, office space, aircon, 42 inch smart TV & kitchenette. The lounge space has a futon couch that folds down to a double bed. Off-street parking with a small grassy outdoor area.

This purpose-built guest studio is attached to our property, however, has a completely separate entrance and outdoor lawn space. Our full-sized and unique site is grassy and private - renowned for being peaceful and quiet so you can relax and recharge.

Inside the studio, we've spared no expense to make your stay enjoyable and equipped with everything you need. This includes new memory foam mattress toppers, high quality, new linen and towels. The custom made kitchenette features quality kitchenware, a new mini fridge with a freezer compartment and a small microwave. There is a state-of-the-art and quiet air conditioning unit that has heating, cooling and fan settings to ensure you're comfortable during your stay. Also, our HRV system ensures the studio is well ventilated, dry and warm. We provide a lovely selection of coffee, tea and milk to get you started. We often pop in fruit from our garden if our trees are fruiting. Please note there is no stove or oven inside, but we can provide a BBQ on request. Our new 42 inch smart TV can be enjoyed from the bed or the couch and has a range of apps and sign-ins for all major streaming services including Neon, Disney, Netflix, Youtube, and TVNZ/Three on-demand.

This space is suitable for couples and families (up to 2 adults, 2 children) wanting a short term getaway. With its dedicated small office space and chair, it is perfect if you're travelling for work.

The studio is located in a safe and friendly coastal community, within a quiet, private and secure neighbourhood. Situated close to Papamoa’s beautiful beach, and also a short 10min walk to Fashion Island, Papamoa Plaza and other shopping centres. There are numerous takeaway options and lovely cafes a short distance from the studio.

We’re a busy, professional working couple who have purpose-built our awesome studio so others can share in all the magic our beautiful region has to offer, while staying at a new, stylish and relaxing location.
