Rezzonico Lago, what more to add? Its lake front in the most beautiful hamlet of Lake Como! Right down at the lake front, open your living room window and you have the vast view of the central lake before you!
Rezzonico is the beautiful and antique Fisherman's village, unique due to the rock formation that can only be found in Rezzonico!
Romantic, newly renovated, comfortable, modern and perfect for a couple but also has a small mezzanine for an extra 2 people, preferably children (NB there is a step ladder to the mezzanine and no security gate so please no toddlers)

Rezzonico Lago is a lovely flat in a original lake front Palazzo that has over the years been transformed into apartments. The lake view is amazing and certaily ticks the lake view box, if this is what you are looking for! Enjoy the lake from the little square where locals gather in the evening hours in the summer months! If you use a bit of imagination whilst walking the lanes, you could feel as if you are in the Ligurian Cinque Terre! The full village by the lake side is pedestrian and down steps so be prepared to travel light and get fit going up and down to the road and parking areas above town!
The unique Rezzonico Castel is at the top of the hamlet and the dwellings below towards the lake.
One small grocery shop and 2 restaurants are literally 50mt away.

This lovely 1 bedroom apartment boasts a comfortable open space living/dining/kitchen area with a French window that opens out directly with views over the lake.
Kitchen is fully equipped, dining area for 4 and comfortable sofa top off this day area.

We can sleeps up to 4 in Rezzonico Lago, one master bedroom with double bed (Italian double 160x200) and mezzanine area that overlooks the living area with 2 single beds that are perfect for 2 older children (please beware of the step ladder and there isn't a gate at the top of the ladder)., we recommend the mezzanine for children as it is has low ceilings and not super comfortable for 2 adults, not impossible but also do keep in mind that it is not private.
One large bathroom with shower right next to the master bedroom.

Rezzonico is a beautiful Fisherman's Village, antique and no longer used as it's medieval orignis however a great number of homes have been recently renovated giving back a bit of glory to this antique hamlet!
