We live in an old Bahamian residental neighbourhood constructed in the 1940s with large homes and large gardens. Many of the residents have lived there for over 30 years.

Although you will share the main entrance and hallway of the house, your apartment is at the front with its own private entrance with lock. My wife and I and our daughter live in the main area of the house, which also has its own private entrance. We are very flexible. If you are a private person, then we will do our utmost to respect your privacy, and if you are gregarious, then we are also there at your disposal to help you meet your needs. We have lived in Nassau for most of our lives and are happy to answer any questions or provide suggestions/recommendations on where to go to eat, drink, and relax!

One other thing to mention, we are serial pet "foster-failures" so we hope you don't mind occasionally seeing one or more of our cats in the front yard! We do also have dogs and they are kept in our back yard and we do not let our pets into your apartment. However, if you love the idea of pets then this is the place for you!
