Our place is very close to all activities (walks in Antiparos, water sports kite surfing, taverns) and at the same time is in a quiet location, since it is not located on a main road.
Is the first year I rent my house, I will try to give you a picture of it:
- Inside the house is spacious, very cool because there are wooden pergolas around the house.
- The bedroom (north) with double bed has a balcony door with terrace and table with terrace to drink your coffee in the morning, (facing east)
- the second bedroom with twin beds is west, larger, with two windows where the colors of the sunset enter,
- the bedrooms have large closets (one side of the wall).
- the bathroom has a large porcelain bathtub, hot water 24 hours, two marble stairs leading to the kitchen and living room.
- In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook, large fridge, electric oven with ceramic hobs, microwave, espresso machine, pots, pan, baking tray, etc.
- A large stone fold separates the kitchen from the comfortable living room with two sofa beds, around two large balcony doors overlooking the garden (west).
- on the cool terrace there is a large table with a sofa and a rocking chair for all hours.
- for the sea I provide you 2 SAP inflatables and a bicycle.

ο χώρος μας είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις δραστηριότητες ( βόλτες στην Αντίπαρο, θαλάσσια αθλήματα kite surfing, ταβέρνες) και παράλληλα είναι σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, μια και δεν βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο.
Εσωτερικά το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο, πολύ δροσερό λόγω ότι υπάρχουν ξυλινες πέργκολες γύρω από το σπίτι, το υπνοδωμάτιο (βορεινό) με το διπλό κρεβάτι έχει μπαλκονόπορτα με βεράντα και τραπέζι με πεζουλα για να πιείτε τον καφέ σας το πρωί, (βλέπει ανατολή), η δεύτερη κρεβατοκάμαρα είναι δυτική, μεγαλύτερη , με δύο παράθυρα όπου μπαίνουν τα χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλεματος, οι κρεβατοκάμαρες διαθέτουν μεγάλες ντουλάπες ( η μια πλευρά του τοίχου).
Το μπάνιο έχει πορσελάνινη μπανιέρα μεγάλων διαστάσεων, ζεστό νερό 24ωρες. Δύο μαρμάρινα σκαλοπάτια οδηγούν στην κουζίνα και στο καθιστικό.
Στην κουζίνα υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα για να μαγειρέψετε, μεγάλο ψυγείο, ηλεκτρικό φούρνο με κεραμικές εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, μηχανή εσπρέσσο, κλπ.
Ενα μεγάλο πέτρινο πάσο χωρίζει την κουζίνα από το άνετο καθιστικό με δύο καναπέδες κρεβάτια , γύρω δύο μεγάλες μπαλκονόπορτες με θέα στον κήπο (δυτικά).
Στην δροσερή βεράντα υπάρχει μεγάλο τραπέζι με καναπέ και κουνιστή καρέκλα για όλες της ώρες.

Νear the neighborhood there are families who live all year round, very friendly also some people grow their vegetables and from whom I also get fresh eggs (of course all without chemicals). ( great advantage).
With 5 minutes walk you go down to the beach of Pounta, the nearest mini market is 3 km distance, big supermarket and bakery, taverns, it is at 6 km, in Aliki, at 7 km is Parikia where you will also find everything you need.
The plane that passes over the house (as in the whole area, from Agia Irini to Makria Miti ) has the noise for a few seconds, this should be taken into account in case it bothers you.

κοντά στη γειτονιά υπάρχουν οικογένειες που ζουν όλο το χρόνο, πολύ φιλικοί επίσης κάποιοι καλλιεργούν τα λαχανικά τους και από τους οποίους προμηθεύομαι και φρέσκα αυγά (φυσικά όλα χωρίς χημικά). ( μεγάλο πλεονεκτημα).
Με 5 λεπτά περπάτημα κατεβαίνετε στην παραλία της Πούντας, το κοντινότερο μίνι μάρκετ απέχει 3 χλμ., μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος, ταβέρνες, είναι στα 6 χλμ., στην Αλυκή, στα 7 χλμ. είναι η Παροικιά όπου θα βρείτε επίσης ό,τι μπορείτε. χρειάζομαι.
Το αεροπλάνο που περνάει πάνω από το σπίτι (όπως σε όλη την περιοχή, από την Αγία Ειρήνη έως τη Μακρύα Μήτη) έχει τον θόρυβο για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα, αυτό πρέπει να το λάβετε υπόψη σας σε περίπτωση που σας ενοχλήσει.
