Peaceful & Middle class neighborhood. Zero crime area. The road is fully paved for an easy car access. We are located in a nice strategic zone minutes away from the tela beaches via car, seconds away from Plaza Tela shopping center, 1 minute away from Tela Marine Aquarium & 2 minutes away from Lancetilla Botanical Garden two of the main sightseeing attractions around.

There are lots of higher end restaurants in downtown Tela. However, close to the airbnb's area you can experience a few small authentic family owned restaurants where you can purchase typical Honduran foods like Baleadas 🌮, Pastelitos (Beef/chicken patties), Pan de Coco (Coconut bread), Tajadas con pollo (Fried Bananas with fried chicken). You can even find Salvadorean Pupusas, Hamburgers, Mexican food, Chinese food restaurants and Chinese buffet.

You can also purchase fruits like Mangosteen, Lychees, Bananas, Durian fruit, Mangoes🥭, and many other types of fruits and vegetables in the local farmers market or by the Lancetilla Botanical Garden entrance which is just 2 minutes away via car.

My family owns a property in Tela, Honduras, which we are happy to short term rent to anyone.

(I am not available to host guests personally) but there will be a family member or co host living in the main house who will give you the keys & show you around. Our co host has been trained at Telamar Resort. And knows how to maintain great quality standards & cleanliness. (Her phone number will be provided after booking upon your request) Spanish speaking or translator is needed to speak with her, and her name is Pauli. But you can also contact me and I can translate your request to her. I have complete communication with her, so you can have ease of mind when booking.
