You occupy the finished lower level. It is nicely furnished, with natural light from full egress windows. You enter the home through the front door, and will see the staircase on the left. You walk through the living room to go downstairs. Once downstairs, your area is separate. am the only person upstairs. We will only have to interact if I am in the living room when you are entering or leaving the home. There is a very friendly Border Collie named Shea that might greet you!

This home is in an excellent location! within a 5 minute walk to several bars and restaurants, and a short drive to any store you need. There is a park with a walking path right behind house! just walk out the door and onto the trail!

The neighborhood is excellent! Close to Sprint Campus, Corporate Woods, most any store you need, and close to highways. The home backs to a large park with walking paths. I also have a wonderful garden out back you can enjoy if desired. There is a chair there, facing the park, to sit and relax, read, meditate, or whatever.

I am a single professional man who lives here with my dog, Shea. He is a well behaved Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix. I work from home now from my office on the main level of my home. I rent out the lower level, which allows a level of privacy and separation for whoever is renting the space. You do enter the Iower level by going through my living room, and down the steps. There is not a door to the lower level family room, but the bedroom has a door with a lock. There is a room divider at the bottom of the stairs for some privacy for you in the family room. You have private use of the downstairs family room, bedroom,and bathroom. I am easy going, and like a peaceful, stress free environment. I am also friendly, and don't mind socializing, but I respect your space and privacy. There is not a kitchen, but I provide a mini fridge, stocked with water, a coffee bar, and a microwave. There is also plastic utensils, cups, paper plates, etc.
