Executive Summary of this Apartment:

1. Location/Location/Location: it is located in the prime area of Bangkok main tourist Town (towards end of Sukhumvit Soi 15, walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, where is the busiest entertainment area with nice restaurants/bars/Disco and very near to the Bumrungrad Hospital). With its location, it is easy to travel to/from all tourist destinations/shopping malls (try to use boat to travel to Siam Paragon/Pratunam Center and even to Grand Palace). This area is very very quite area, as it is only 700 meters from main road (staying near main road is too loud due to the noise of motorcycle and BTS Sky train), so our location is very quite, suitable for people who look for quite location with free shuttle to go to main road or even easy walk to MRT/Airport Rail Link (ARL) and San Sap Canal boat station from back of Sukhumvit Soi 15 lane.
2. One of very large apartments (229 sqm, 420 sqft) available in town (RARE 5 bedrooms Apartment), which can accommodate a big group of travelers/family. There are 5 bedrooms, of which 4 ensuite (bathrooms are attached to bedrooms), of which 1 bathroom is with bath tub & shower room and other 3 are shower rooms (no bath tub) plus 1 guest toilet room. There is large living room (high ceiling of 6 meters with Large Chandelier lighting)/Smart Compact Dinning table/bar counter and 65 inches Smart TV with Sound bar for you and your family to enjoy your NETFLIX.
3. Direct access from 8th floor to go directly to Swimming pool and Gym. Gym of the building is very simple and not practical for professional or heavy weight trainer. We do have Meeting room to support your group meeting too and it is located in the big Gym Room.
4. Located near Sirikit Park, which you can go to joking/walking/biking. It is one of the biggest Public Park in town for you to enjoy your exercise. Get free shuttle to drop you to main road and walk about 10 mins.
5. We have provided 2 strong Fiber Optic internet systems to allow you to work from home. We do provide 2 LAN wires (10 meters long) so you can connect to your computer to work online smoothly and fast response.
6. We do provide FREE SHUTTLE to drop you guy or pick you guy up between the building and main road (working hours is limited between 8am to 6pm), try to please driver with small tip so he gives you his mobile number to pick you guy up. In Thailand, THB20 tip is good to make people happy.
7. We do provide FREE PARKING on the ground floor.
8. We are near to Sukhumvit 11, which is the well known entertainment center with varieties of restaurants/bars and convenient stores.
9. We do provide Espresso Coffee Machines with Coffee beans and Coffee blender to let you enjoy your coffee whole day. We do also provide instant coffee with sugar/cream by using kettle to boil the drinking water.
10. We do provide top water filter to fill up the drinking water bottles.
11. Electricity and Water are inclusive so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption. Our Resort fee is the estimate fee of Electricity and water added to your pricing so there is no calculation for E and W during your stay. However, please help us to save electricity for our children by close all the lights/air cons when you go outside the apartment.

What are not available in this Apartment:
1. No daily cleaning provided, however, you can contact Host to coordinate with cleaner (reasonable cleaning fee).
2. No Breakfast provided but it is very easy to buy from supermarket and prepare your own breakfast.

We do understand your business culture, everyone needs to work online nowadays/at home, we have installed 2 WIFI fiber optic systems from 2 different internet providers with 2 LAN CABLE WIRES (10m) to connect to your laptop at the bar counter, dinning table or anywhere in living room or you can connect your appliances through wireless connection in other area of the apartment. You can turn our place to be your WORKTATION. For big meeting conference, you can decide to use our meeting room on 8th inside the Gym, no fee for short use like an hour. For long hour, the building management will charge you THB500 per day to cover their electricity.

A rare 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus 1 guest bathroom, total of 5 bathrooms with 1 bath-tub ( in the Master bedroom of 7th floor). It is located at a very convenient and prime location in the middle of Sukhumvit Soi 15 (main entertainment is Soi 11, walking distance from our apartment). It is a duplex with 2 floor top unit on 7th and 8th floor with total 229 sqm (420 sq. feet). There are two elevators in the building. There is 1 big 65 inches Samsung Smart TV/ Samsung sound bar system, cable TV, DVD player in the Living Room, Kitchen and Bar counter.

We do sell 2 adult sharing for 1 bedroom, if you need separate bed for individual, please put up the right number of guests, as there is fee for that (please contact Host for more information). Maximum of 14 guests can stay in this apartment, however, the price moves with number of guests.

This building is more than 10 years old, so you may feel that some public place is old, however, the management has maintained with cleaned swimming pool, whilst Gym is just a simple weight set (not full set or professional gym). I do suggest traveler to visit The Sirikit Park for exercise, which is a short walk from Sukhumvit Soi 15 or join the Gym at the Fitness First located in the Terminal 21. I have received many complain about our Gym but I can not force the building to change all Gym equipment. I wish to see them change to new and modern equipment. I am alone can not force them or invest for the whole building.

We are 700 meters to Sukhumvit main road, 1km to BTS station, 300 meters to San Sap Canal with long tail boat to go to Grand Palace, Siam Paragon Shopping mall and 500 meters to MRT/Airport Rail Link Station.

The apartment is near Asok and Nana BTS stations. San Sapp Boat Canal , MRT/Airport Rail Link and many shopping malls like Terminal 21, Robinson, Time Square Korean Food and Sukhumvit Sol 11 plaza. It is close to Nana street for Arabian foods and hospital. There is golf cart service to drop to main road.

This 5 bedroom apartment provides free access to Gym and roof top pool. It is a duplex on 7/8 floor with staircase and elevator to reach 8 floor. 2 bedrooms on 7 floor and 3 brs on 8 floor. Party/Meeting room is in the Gym for free use.

Most of the apartments are prepared for Workation with Strong WIFI, LAN wire (if needed), self check in either pick up keys from mailbox or get keys from security guard at main door or from our staff or from reception, depending property by property. We have listed more than 30 apartments so it is not possible for me to meet you personally. I have been in Banking service and Hospitality business for more than 20 years, so I do understand what travelers are looking for, such as strong WIFI, comfortable mattress, linens, pillows, towels and amenities. The proof of such experience shows in my overall review of 5 stars in most of bookings.

I spend my holiday on golf, scuba diving, swimming, biking and love to travel to new destinations. I believe in GOD and destiny, so I do pray everyday as my routine: morning and evening. We can talk about all these activities. My motto is to think positive and every problems have their own solutions, so do not worry. God help those who help themselves.
