Petite Maison Clos Neuf is part of the “Residence Clos Neuf”. Lovingly renovated and restored in 2011, Petite Maison Clos Neuf is ideal for couples and families with a small child/toddler. The spacious living room & kitchen are designed to offer open plan living with plenty of light and space. The new kitchen has all modern appliance and allows all those “foodies” to cook up a storm. There is ample seating areas with a dining table with chairs, as well as a sofa to allow some relaxation time. The bedroom is spacious with the window facing into the large garden. The en-suite bathroom is generous and spacious with a shower cubicle, basin and toilet.

Petite Maison Clos Neuf has various private patio and terrace areas in both shady and sunny spots. The nearest private patio is under the bedroom window which is great for a breakfast, coffee or dinner. There are also shaded patios under Oak trees which offer shade all day!

The 10×4 meter pool is ideal for cooling off and chilling out in. The Swimming pool area is surrounded by natural stone tiling with a Gazebo offering a shady break near the Pool. The numerous Sun loungers and Hammocks make lounging around easy and comfortable.

Located in the rolling Vineyards around “Cornillon”, this is the ideal place to relax. The road “Le Fortunie et Clos Neuf” is perfect for a walk morning, noon or night. This back road to “Cornillon” snakes its way through the Wine fields until finally bringing you to “Cornillon”. With very little traffic and sparsely populated this is a must-do for anyone visiting us. This is the ideal location from which to enjoy, relax & discover “Cornillon” and the “Vallee de la Ceze”.

The house is located in the rolling hills outside "Cornillon". Surrounded by Vinyards we are approximately 1.5km from "Cornillon" & "Goudargues". "Cornillon" is a beautiful little village perched on steep cliffs overlooking the "Vallee de la Ceze". The ideal location for a relaxing stroll in the evening or for a stunning view of the surroundings, Cornillon is a typical southern French village.
"Goudargues" has all major services and amenities needed to ensure that you have a great holiday:

I currently split my time between Cornillon, France and Köln, Germany. I grew up in Ireland and have a multi-cultural background. I am multi-lingual and have worked in the hospitality trade as a chef. I am currently looking after some of my families properties in France.

My parents started renting out their home in France in 2005. We currently have 4 properties which have all been recently renovated.

I love meeting new people and interacting with our guests; Whether its sharing my local knowledge on restaurants or swimming spots or having a drink in the evening - I take great pleasure in facilitating memorable holidays .

Multi-lingual on site assistance will always be present. We live approximately 150 meter from Petite Clos Neuf and will be there on arrival and departure. We also love passing on local knowledge and tips.
