Both units have central air conditioning, and an outdoor gas barbeque complete with propane tanks. Both the living room and King bedrooms have televisions, and there is a DVD in the living room. Conveniently located with easy, immediate access to the Ocean, and the Gulf through Vaca Cut within minutes of the world's best fishing, snorkeling, and diving. Dock is 37 feet long with power and fresh water, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. This property will make you want to experience 'Tiki Time' for your tropical time outs year after year!

Due to additional cleaning requirements imposed by the state and county we have had to change our checkout time to 9:00 to give our cleaning staff additional time to clean the house and follow the procedures set by the CDC. The new restrictions also require that there be no interaction between guests and the staff, so check in time is 4:00 and we ask that you do not arrive before 4:00 to allow our staff to complete their jobs and depart before you arrive.
