This condo is in the heart of the Vallecito Lake Resort community located near the north end of the lake, which is a very convenient location to all lake area activities including boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, horseback riding, road cycling, mountain biking, motorcycle riding (dirt and street), hunting in the fall, snowmobiling and more. There is also the ‘locals favorite’ cross country skiing trail along the Eastern edge of the lake, which is groomed all winter for both classic skiing and skate skiing.
