Food Scene
There is a full kitchen adjacent to the BnB room. Guests staying multiple days may request use of it for a modest fee. The kitchen is shared by the winery and upstairs tenants but not heavily used.
In town there are a few restaurants: the Lamplighter the Oakland Tavern are open most days. Both can provide food to go.

There is a trail around the entire lake for a good seven mile hike, or just hike as far as you like and come back. There are boat ramps and picnic areas.

The entire length of the North Umpqua river is stunning. The stretch from Glide (east of Roseburg) all the way to Crater Lake is worth visiting. There are many waterfall hikes and the fishing is world class.
