Very fun, loud, and exciting. A divey throwback place that claims to be the oldest. Catch the gorilla funk mob if you can! I wasn't impressed with the mac n' cheese, but maybe I just got the wrong thing. There is usually a cover

Dennis Coffey (Guitarist for many motown tunes, and rumor has it that he was the one who came up with the "My Girl" intro) plays every tuesday evenings. Fun place to be, there's chess, shuffleboard, and of course drinks and burgers. No cover.

Classy establishment. Music has always been good here - Check the website if there is a cover or not. No comment on the food - it's expensive. But their drinks are good.

Good place for a special date night. Very upscale jazz establishment. You need to reserve tables in advance. The food is ok, as with the music, but the entire experience combined left me looking back at it very fondly.
