This is the closest beach to our house. It’s straight west about 10 miles, just past Stoney Lake. It’s great because you can have fires there! If you’re into floating down the river, we have tubes we can lend you! Just ask :)
Great for little kids because the mouth of the river is shallow and warmer than Lake Michigan. It’s a family favorite.

Wesco is more than a gas station to the locals. They sell beer, wine, liquor, and its the only local place that sells pizza (whole or by the slice). I think you can get pizza 24hrs a day :)
