Sightseeing

Take the train!! National Rail offers 2 for 1 tickets on some of London’s most popular (and expensive!) attractions such as the Tower of London, London Zoo, Madame Tussauds (not worth it imho...) etc.. All you need to do is buy a train ticket (for example from Alexandra Palace station, a single ticket to King’s Cross would do, or a paper 1-day travelcard - no Oyster card!) and present a printed voucher at the ticket gates. Search ‘National Rail 2-4-1 attractions’ on Google for the website and to select your visit dates.

Food scene

Tap water is free in all London restaurants and they are obliged to serve it if you ask for it. Don’t hesitate to ask for a jug of tap water if staff don’t offer it spontaneously or try to push expensive bottled water... better for your wallet and the environment 😉👍🏻
