Moving around.
Walking to sites and restaurants is the best way to get around for Old Town and downtown Yellowknife. You only need to rent a vehicle if you plan on doing independent excursions. Most tour companies offer pick up and drop off at the house or at the Nova Inn which is only a 4-minute walk from the house.
