A fabulous view down Loch Tummel to the Isles of the Hebrides. Beloved by Queen Victoria and the wife of Robert the Bruce. But it would have been a little different for them. Loch Tummel was enlarged when the Pitlochry Dam was constructed.

This railway line was an amazing feat of engineering constructing the line 20 miles over the deep bog of Rannoch Moor. It made the vital link from the north of Scotland to the south. The railway line links up with Harry Potter's train to school. Great soup and snacks at the cafe on the Station.
