Klövberget Nature Reserve is a municipal reserve. The high natural values in the area consist of the fine rock-solid pine forest and the powerful fault slopes, which give a magnificent view from the sea side as well as from the top of the mountain.

High values also have the block caves unique to the county, which are located at the base of the western slopes and the noble deciduous forest in the area's more flat parts down towards Kalvfjärden.

Klövberget is classified in the municipality's natural inventory from 1998 and in the municipality's green structure plan from 2014 as an area with very high natural values. The land is owned by Tyresö municipality.
Klövberget and especially the fault slope and the caves are susceptible to wear and tear, which is why the area is unsuitable for camping, camps with larger groups, intensive rock climbing and similar activities.

From Tyresö to get out into the archipelago by boat. From Tyresö jetty in Trinntorp you can take Waxholmsbolaget's boats to and from Nämdö, Dalarö, Ornö and Utö. Tyresö jetty is located on the Brevik peninsula at Trinntorp. Close to the bridge there is a bus stop, parking, swimming area, shop and restaurant. The jetty can also be used by small boat owners for temporary touching.
There is also a vacuum suction system for emptying latrine from small boats.
